Spring Break for Conway, Jonesboro, and Rogers Schools
SUMMER (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)
Thanksgiving week

Policies

DEPOSIT, CANCELLATIONS, + CHANGES:

50% (per dog) of estimated boarding total is due at booking. Payment is required at time of booking and valid credit card is required on file. Deposits are refundable if dates are changed or canceled TWO WEEKS (14 days) prior to scheduled drop off date.

Minimum Stay:

Two-night stay minimum required during holiday weeks.

No-shows:

No-shows will be charged in full.

Early Checkout:

Deposit for remaining scheduled days will be non-refundable. Should you arrive back early from your trip, you can pick your pet up at your convenience. Please keep in mind that any changes to reservations are required two weeks before drop off. This includes early checkouts.

One More Thing:

Unaltered (Not Spayed or Neutered) Adult Dogs:

For safety reasons, unaltered dogs over 8 months old are not permitted in group play and are not accepted during Peak Periods. If your vet recommends that your pet remain intact for health reasons (up to a certain age), we will do our best to accommodate you. Hounds was designed to allow dogs to take advantage of their pack instincts and social nature, and due to the high number of pets staying with us during these times, we are not currently able to accommodate Individual Care clients.
